Brunch with Abby & Joon Siang at 1twentysix @East Coast Park.. Thanks guys!

Headed to Kallang Leisure World for movie before dinner at Boon Tong Kee @ Boon Keng.

Hmmm we parted with Joon Siang after dinner. Decided at the last minute to pop by Mustafa to see watchs. The traffic there is bad, terrible, horrible. The ABNNs were walking on the roads as if they own the roads. Don't even bother the cars behind. Scary shit.

Timbre @Substation with Jia Yin & Meiqi. Haven't seen them in like 9 months???
Glad to know they are doing well in life.......

The local band there is not too bad, but I prefer the one at Paulaner. Hmm, at least they sang songs by Journey, Saigon Kick. But why no Bon Jovi ????

- A is right. I may not be that street smart at times..Humans aren't perfect, so there's a need to learn and improve. Appreciate your concern and thanks my friend!

Durian Buffet dinner with Sophia @Cafe Vic.. I am that disgusting bottomless pit that loves the durian puddings and cakes..

Picked Sophia up at 3pm and then headed off to The Singh's shop to collect man utd jerseys for friends.

Walked a little in Orchard before we headed to Carlton Hotel Cafe Vic for our durian buffet dinner..

I love the desserts especially the cake and pudding. Look how disgusting the durian bobo cha cha can be. And I cannot get fat. =P

Saw so many Lamborghinis & Ferraris today. Best is most of them were driven by guys who are in their mid 30s, or mid 20s. This the best kinda motivation that I can get.

Durian Bobo Cha2

I think I ate like 2 plates of this for desserts....

Ever loving my durian pudding.

My friend using chopsticks to eat the durians!

Yay it's friday again... Dinner at Mellben Seafood with Abby & Ronny for his belated 31st birthday. Crabs were yummy.

Orchard Central is confusing for us.. Gelare waffle ice cream suits me.

KPO is not a coffee house.

Sopz Opera

- Work kills.. I am unofficially the "Bao Ka Liao" temp staff in Pico. Helping so many ppl doing their work. To be honest, I am ok with helping Jean & YL doing up the cheques cos it's easy and fun. I do not like to do Ah Seng's work. Costing kills. And his jobs are not that easy to do and considering I have no accounting brain, it doubles the killing process. The peeps in office might wanna extend my contract for another 2 weeks.

- Wonders of facebook..Randomly searching up those primary sch mates which I remembered and tada! I found my good friend (Sophia) from 1H to 4F.. Sophia and I, with Diana Lee were the worst chinese scoring students in our class. I kinda fondly remembered that. So here we were msning during the past few days about the good old days in JPS.

11 Jul 09

Casual dinner with Abby & Joon Siang at Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant @Vivocity..

It's tucked at one corner facing Sentosa.. The ambience there is relaxing, coupled with the live acoustic band (Sam & Clarence) and jazzy guitar music.

Love the dory!!

Walked around after dinner. Loves Haagen Daz icecream!! Watched Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. Love it. Super funny.

Home sweet home to rest......

Sophia texted me after work. Asked if I could accompany her to Zhi Zhong's birthday at St James later. She will be quite bored and awkward but she needed company. I am cool with that as it's been 14 years since I last saw her..

She texted again later in the night, saying was half hearted to go. Luckily I managed to psycho her to go. It's a decision that's worth everything that had happened tonight.

Bryan brought us in for free again into St James. So I followed Sophia to meet Zhi Zhong. Zhi Zhong's a fellow primary school mate but I dont really remembered him. Anyway when we stepped into the ktv room in Mono, I saw my fellow classmates from primary 4F. Oh my goodness.. Sanji, Vincent, Lionel Heng. Small world man. Best is, Harrison (Sec sch friend) was there too..

It's a small world afterall.. Remember that song we used to sing in primary school?

Sophia and I

Sanji and me..

Harrison (Mao Mao) and me....

Lionel Heng, Zhi Zhong, Me

One of my closest friends in primary school...

Billy & Xue Fang came too.. Sophia and I left Mono to join them at Boiler Room. Yea. Mr Ang's favorite room with loads of favorite music. And they played Bon Jovi again! Woo Hooo....!

Rocking to Richie Sambora's (Guitarist of Jon Bon Jovi) guitar solo......

Cant read my poker face....

Really worth the time & money spent today. Really awesome!

Never say goodbye, you and my and my old friends, hopefully will never end!

03 Jul 09

Yippie it's friday again. TIme of the week where I feel happiest and relaxed! Weekends are here. No need to do accounting again for the weekend.. Abby & I celebrated Merlin's birthday during lunch out at Bugis.. Merlin's my colleague and her friend.

This time solid. 2 hours lunch for me.. Abby rang up my boss Alfonso.. Damn funny lah, the way she "demanded" that I go out with them for lunch.

Not really nice for me to have such a long lunch out as I am only a temp staff so I decided to do OT for 1 odd hours to make up the loss time. I dont get OT pay mind you...

While clearing up my work, Ee Suan sms me for dinner. So off we met at City Hall. It's been 3 months since we last caught up with each other. So many things to update and yes, we are waiting for Rebecca Ho to reply us..

Kinda sad that Rebecca MIA-ed..............

Jay Bee fun

- Woken up on friday morning with loads of sms. "King Of Pop" Michael Jackson passed away. I was greeted with a sense of shock. Megasuperstars are seem immortal to us. Their music never die, live forever. But one day when they are gone in an untimely manner, all that left was sorrow and shock. So to Michael Jackson, thank you for being part of my growing up days; Watching your "Dangerous" LD. So this quote is for you

REMEMBER THE TIME when he was the DANGEROUS, SMOOTH CRIMINAL. Together with the MAN IN THE MIRROR, he HEAL THE WORLD and CHANGE THE WORLD. It was a BAD, THRILLER to see him neither BLACK OR WHITE. But now he's part of HISTORY. Thank you for the CHILDHOOD memories. GONE TOO SOON Michael J.

My first MJ CD...... BAD

28 Jun 09

Woke up at like 1130am...Felt so lifeless, so tired after a long day in JB on saturday.... Was like doing up this blog entry in the noon when Abby sms for dinner with Joon Siang at ECP Food Village.. Off  I drove there. Wow, another jam there again.. Arghhhh, but not that I wanna whine, but I had enough of jams yesterday

Was so afraid that both of them will overslept due to the lack of sleep we all had. Luckily Abby reached on time...

Super bloated dinner...We were deciding on where to head next for desserts. After several "constructive arguements", we decided to drive back to her house and park the cars there and hop on to her car.

Next location is Obolo @Joo Chiat Road

Joon Siang

Abby

Wa2

3's loving them

Group photo...

Ambience wise, this Obolo much nicer then Cheesecake Cafe cos I like the nice, soothing music. Variety & quality wise, the latter is definitely my choice.

Went to Cold Storage to buy some stuff before taking back our cars at her house. Another week of work begins tomorrow and I am honestly suffering from Monday Blues. Well cos I had another lovely weekend.

New nicknames... "5 Tong", "1 Tong", "1 Bamboo".......Go figure who's which.

27 Jun 09

Off to Johor we go..

Johor Bahru trip with Abby & Joon Siang. I was awaken by her morning sms to remind me to borrow GPS. So gotten up immediately and drove to my cousin's office Innovasia Technology Pte Ltd to loan one GPS unit.

Went home to change before meeting Abby at Great World City. Off we drove to Joon Siang's place at Kovan and then changed cars and headed to the Woodlands Checkpoint..

We were greeted with a massive 2 hour jam...... everywhere also jam

Into the customs.....

Across the causeway.........

Finally we are in JB Shores.......

1st stop : Holiday Plaza

The first thing when we entered the shopping complex was to see the shoe shop. Off Abby went to try and buy shoes.....Joon Siang went to have a small bite before we all headed for foot massage..

At the foot massage shop.. Abby & I went first while Joon Siang "see movies".. This friend of mine damn "evil", telling the massage fella to rub with more force so that I will yell out.. Well all for fun too!!!!!

After the end of our Holiday Plaza extravaganza, she left with 6 pairs of shoes.. More to come too! Things are cheap cheap too!

2nd Stop: Jusco @ Tebrau City

GPS brought us to our 2nd stop....It was a huge huge huge mall!!! The clothes there were relatively cheap too. Gotten myself a polo shirt and Abby got herself another 4 pairs of shoes...

While we were making our way to the carpark, we saw this massive massive queue. Guess what they were queueing for??

Well, its for the Autopay machine. Can't they all use the Touch & Go card to make payments for carpark? Well if they have thought of it, they would have implemented it long ago. Guess they have their reasons for not doing so.

Cheap parking rate.. RM1.00 only.. Wow..

We cant get enough of the Jusco mall. So will be back again to shop for more clothes. Wahah

3rd Stop: Restoran Khye Chiang

We're done shopping at about 11 plus. So originally was suppposed to head for some Teochew food for dinner. But it was closed to Joon Siang drove us to this place beside the sea for dinner. It was overlooking Singapore...

My first time having dinner at 12am........

3's a crowd.........

While along the way for dinner, we saw many pubs and nice cafes too. So we just dropped by Station 1 Cafe

4th Stop: Station 1 Cafe

For drinks and easy listening music..... This music here is just superb for my liking. All 80's and early 90's love songs! OMGness man.. Sitting there, listening to those love songs and chatting just makes a saturday night perfect.

I guess I can spin my own love songs there too! wahaha

Ice white coffe. Red Bean Passion, 3 Layer tea.....

5th Stop: Shell Petrol Kiosk and home

Car wash and then headed home......Jam @ Woodlands checkpoint as they had to termal scanned everyone due to the H1 N1

Reached Singapore shores at 4am. Many thanks to Joon Siang for sending me back home!

Overall, it was a great day to spend time with both of them outside Singapore. Nice accompanying her for shopping. 10 shoes in 3 hours. Amazing!!!!!!!

When we going to Malacca??

Value of friendship is priceless......
